Scientific research institute of rubber coatings and products, JSC, was founded in 1958. Today the Institute is one of the leading research and production enterprises of the Russian Federation in the field of development of rubber compounds, rubber products, elastic heat-reflecting materials as well as of coatings with electromagnetic, radio-absorbing and acoustical properties.

The priority of the products developed by the Institute is confirmed by more than 250 inventors certificates and by 10 patents for invention.

SRI RCP manufactures high quality rubber compounds, rubber products for shipbuilding, aerospace equipment, electronics, power engineering, chemical, oil and gas, nuclear and some other industries.

— rubber and rubber-textile membrane sheet (from 0,2mm);

— development and production of heat-reflecting, radio-absorbing magnetic and electromagnetic, acoustic elastomer coatings and materials;

— heat-reflecting (for high-temperature gas flows);

— polymer materials with ferro-magnetic properties (radio sealing coatings and screens that absorb electromagnetic power in the broad band);

— flexible radio-absorbing coatings (modernization of materiel for reducing of radar sighting, securing of electromagnetic compatibility of radio-technical and radio-electronic ship’s systems, anechoic rooms for testing of technical means in broad band);

— acoustic coatings (reducing of noisiness, vibration and noise absorbing coatings);

New class of highly elastic compositions for rubber products was developed by “Scientific research institute of rubber coatings and products”, these compositions are resistant to action of explosion decompression for various types of sealing rubber goods for oil and gas treatment equipment (decompression rate 0.09 MPa/sec). New class of highly elastic compositions have been tested in laboratories of USA, Norway, Russia.
